Rita is a Learning & Development Expert with over 13 years of experience, recognized for combining operations, education, and international expertise to design and deliver workshops and coaching programs for diverse audiences.
She has a strong passion for L&D-HR & coaching, and her approach has always been focused on optimizing performance through the development of others. She worked for 11 years in a multi-national industrial company as a Learning & Development Professional where she developed the organizational Competency framework and designed the performance management system based on competency and objective setting.
Over the past years, being a certified transformative Coached by ICF and an Emotional Intelligence coach and assessor by MHS - Rita trained and coached employees and professionals in different organizations across the MENA region in areas related to Soft Skills, leadership skills, Learning and Development, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Human Resources. Her coaching approach and her expertise attracted professionals and individuals in the MENA region; these coaching journeys are intended to support those individuals in their self-development journeys.
Beside her Professional expertise, she is tapping on the academic side while delivering Human resources Courses for Master degree students in Saint Joseph University Beirut- USJ.
